What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the Income Calculator, request a Free Property Analysis, schedule a call, or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address, property details (bedrooms, property type), and, if you provide it, your recent rental income and a link to your existing listing.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and referring site. We use cookies and similar tools for site analytics and to remember your preferences.
How we use it

Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Plushy Host, we use your mobile number to send messages about your property analysis, scheduled calls and our hosting services. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform), solely for that purpose.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and who are bound to protect it:
- Market data providers. Property estimates and analyses are generated using third-party short-term rental market data. To produce an estimate, we send the property address and details you provide to our data provider.
- Customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, email and text-messaging providers that store your contact information and help us communicate with you. If you become a client, your information may be stored in our CRM for the duration of our relationship.
- Website hosting and analytics providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Your choices
- Email. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
- Text messages. Reply STOP at any time.
- Access, correction or deletion. Email us at info@plushyhost.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
- Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings.
Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what information we hold and to request deletion. Contact us at the address above to exercise them. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
